WBEREAS, The Commission of the City of Bozema;l,
did on the 29th day of
Augus t , 1930, at a regular session thereof provisionally
pass Comrnission Resolution
No. 194 entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF' BOZEhlA:;, MONTANA,
LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMElJT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE
PROPERTY IN SPECIAL Dvll?ROVEivIENT DISTRICT NO. 283 IN THE CITY OF
BOZEr.iil:1.l'J , COUNTY OF GALLATHJ, STATE OF lvlONTANA,
TO DEFRAY THE COST
OF CONSTHUCTING AND MAKING THE; DvIPROVEllilElITS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL
ThiPROVEr,IENT DISTRICT NO. 283",
WHEREAS, Said Commission Resolution No. 194 was duly
signed by the Mayor
and the Cler}:: of the Commission of said Cit~l, and vms filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Commission of said City on the 29th day of August, 1930,
and ever since
has been on file in said office subject to and for the inspection of all persons
interested; and

a regular session of said COTIU!lission, to be held at the Commission Chamber,
City
Hall, said City, was designated in said Resolution as the time and place of hearing

objections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
'J'IBEREAS, the Clert of the Connnission has given notice of the filing of
said Reso~ution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publication and notice
thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published in said City ,
at least five (5) days before the day set for hearir~ any and all objections to the
final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and
V1EEREAS, the matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution,
coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice,
this 5th
day of september, 1930, at a regular session
of said Comnission, due proof being
made of the publication of said notice as required by law and as ordered by said
Resolution, and no objections having been made or filed to the final passage and
adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND D.' IS llIEREBY ORDERED BY 'lIrE
COMt,IISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE\iIAN, STATE OF MONTANA:
That said Corrrmission Resolution No. 194 be,
and the S~le is hereby
finally passed and adopted and the special assessn~nt of taxes to defray the cost
I
and expense of making the improvements as therein set forth, be,
and the same are
hereby levied and assessed as therein provided.
