WHER EAS, The COl1JIIlission of the City of Bozeman, did on the 15th day of August, 1930, at a regular session thereof, provisionally pass Commission Resolution No. 193 ent i tled: uA RESOLUTION 0]' TIill COM!,lISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE,,=AN, U;ONTAIJA, LEVY ING AND ASSESSDJG A SPECIAL ASE;ESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROP ERTY IN SPECIAL I~~Rovm\mNT DISTRICT NO. 278 IN THE CITY OF BOZE Ivl:\N, COUNTY OF GJ...LLATIN, STJ...TE OF MONTANA, TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND 1v1AKING THE TIvIPROVEt';l.I~NT S WITHIN SAID SPEC IAL IMPROVEMENT DISTHIC'I' NO. 278, t1 and ~'i1 IEREAS , said Commission Hesolution No. 193 was duly signed by the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission of said City, and was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Commission of said City on the 15th day of August, 1930, and ever since has been on file in said office subject to am! for the inspect ion of all I.'lersons interested; and WHER EAS, Friday the 22nd day of' August, 1930, at Four Otclock F'. M., at a regular session of said Commission, to be held at the Cownission Chamber, City Hall, said City, was designated in said Resolution as the time and place of hearing ob- I jections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and WIiE RE:AS, the Clerk of the Commission has given not ice of the filing of said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof by publication, and notice thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper published in said City, at least five (5) days before the day set for hearing any and all objections to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution; and WIIE REAS , the matter of said final passage and adoption of said Resolution, coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice, this 22nd day of Augu~it, 1930, at a regu~ar session of said COnIDlission, due proof being made of the publication of said Notice, as required by law and as ordered by said Resolut ion, and no objections having been made or filed to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution and the levying of the assessment as therein provided; NOVl THEREFORE, BE IT Hli130LVED Al'ID I'l' IS HEREBY OHDERED BY THE COMLcISSION OF THE CITY 0]' BOZEi/cAN, srATl~ OF MOIJTANA: That said Commission Resolution No. 193 be, and the same is hereby finally passed and adopted and the special assessment of taxes to defray the cost and cx- I pense of making the improvement s as the rein set forth, be, and the same are hereby levied and assessed as therein provided. Fina lly passed and adopted by the CommisDion of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof, held on the 22nd day of August, A. D., 1930.
