“Any member of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee may participate in a meeting of the Committee by telephonic means, in writing, or by e-mail communication. The right to participate
shall include discussion and consideration of any item before the Committee and shall include voting on any action by the Committee on which a vote is taken. Such vote shall be as valid
and effective as if the absent member had been present and had voted in person, and the record shall reflect that such vote was cast in writing. No votes shall be recorded after the
conclusion of the meeting.”
BYLAW #2
“Any member of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee may vote by written proxy at any meeting of the Committee designating another member of the Committee
who is present at the meeting to cast his or her proxy vote. The vote cast by proxy shall be as valid and effective as if the person designating the proxy had been present and voted
in person, and the record of the meeting shall reflect that the vote was cast proxy. No votes shall be recorded after the conclusion of the meeting.”
BYLAW #3
“The foregoing Bylaw
#1 and Bylaw #2 shall be effective immediately upon the Committee’s vote adopting them and shall be in effect for the remainder of the meeting at which they were approved and thereafter
until revised or revoked by a majority vote of the Committee.”
