Designation.

* A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness
Application to allow the property to operate as a community center owned
and managed by the City of Bozeman, and affiliated site improvements for

* A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the
subdivision of 3.157 acres into two lots for M-2 (Manufacturing and
Industrial District) development.
