Norton East MaSub Phasing Plan Pre-App #P-07047A (Krueger/Stodola) 8553 Huffine Lane * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the improvements to the existing subdivision to be done in phases, with the first phase consisting of 39 lots for R-4 (Residential High Density District) development. 3. Cardinal MiSub Prel. Plat #P-09001 (Skelton/Heaston) 1750 Evergreen Drive * A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 3.157 acres into two lots for M-2 (Manufacturing and Industrial District) development. South Wallace Lofts INFORMAL #I-09002 (Bristor/Johnson) 541 & 549 East Babcock Street (2nd of a two week review.) * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of a four-story, 63’ 9” tall, 30 unit residential condominium development, three commercial spaces with covered parking, and related site improvements.
