Story Mansion CUP/COA #Z-09022 (Bristor/Johnson) 809 South Willson Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the property to operate as a community center owned and managed by the City of Bozeman, and affiliated site improvements for parking, landscaping, and lighting. 3. Faithful Friends Animal Clinic CUP #Z-09028 (Riley/Heaston) 205 Edelweiss Drive * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow a small animal clinic to occupy an existing structure within a B-2 Zoning Designation.
