SUBJECT: Approval for Special Permit for Intermountain Opera Bozeman
MEETING DATE: September 8, 2014
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the special permit to sell Beer and Wine for a non-profit
fundraiser at the Emerson Cultural Center on October 11-13, 2014.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may grant a license to sell Beer, Wine or Liquor
(Bozeman Municipal Code 4.02.030 and 4.03.020) upon receipt of a completed city application.
This license must be renewed annually.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
FISCAL EFFECTS: By approval, accept $30.00 in license fees.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
