1. Norton East Ranch Major Subdivision Phase 3 Preliminary Plat Application P14037
A Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application requested by the property
owner Norton Properties, LLC, 63020 NE Lower Meadow Rd., Ste A, Bend, OR 97702, represented by C&H Engineering & Surveying, Inc., 1091 Stoneridge Dr., Bozeman, MT 59718 to allow the
subdivision of 119.90 acres into 104 single-household and six townhouse residential lots, and 2 restricted development lots that will be subject to further subdivision review in three
phases with streets, parkland, and open space. The property is located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of section 9, Township Two South (T2S), Range Five East (R5E),
P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana. The project is generally located west of Laurel Parkway and south of West Babcock Street.. (Krueger)
2. Rouse Justice Center Presentation
Chris
Kukulski (City Manager), Ron Price (Chief of Police), and Karl Seel (Municipal Court Judge) from the City of Bozeman will offer a presentation on the Rouse Justice Center construction
bond and operating levy on the November 4th City election. (Price/Kukulski)
