Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of August 11, 2014 as submitted.

2. Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech Inc. for
ongoing post-closure soil gas investigation at the Story Mill Landfill
(Johnson) 3. Findings of Fact and Order for the Fowler Place Minor Subdivision
Preliminary Plat, Application P14029 (Rogers)
4. Notice of Award and Purchase Agreement for one new Dump Truck with
Plow and Sander (Van Delinder)

Consider the motion: I move to approve consent items G. 1-5 as submitted.
H. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice
for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that
item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
I. Action Items 1. Resolution 4544, amending Solid Waste Collection Fees for City Solid
Waste Services (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4544 amending solid waste collection fees for city solid waste services.
2. The Willson Residences Preliminary Site Plan and Certificate of
Appropriateness with Deviations to allow the adaptive reuse of the former
Gallatin County High School, also known as East Willson School into 18 residential units and related site improvements, Application Z14190
(Quasi-Judicial) (Rogers)
Consider the motion: Please refer to five recommended motions in the staff report. 3. Alexander Annexation A14001 and Zone Map Amendment Z14177
requesting annexation of approximately 2.137 acres and amendment of the
City zoning map for the establishment of a zoning designation of B-2
Community Business District at the Northeast intersection of Springhill
Road and Frontage Road (HWY 10), bordered by Reeves Road (Saunders) Consider the motion for annexation: Having reviewed and considered the staff report,
application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the
findings presented in the staff report for application A14001 and move to approve the Alexander Annexation with recommended terms of annexation, and direct staff to prepare an annexation agreement for signature by the parties. AND
Consider the motion for zoning: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z14177 and move to approve the
Alexander Zone Map Amendment with contingencies required to complete the application
processing.

4. The Springs Living Zone Map Amendment to change 5.9 acres from B-1
Neighborhood Business to B-2 Community Business at 2632 Catron Street
and 3070 N. 27th Avenue, Application Z14188 (Saunders) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the
staff report for application Z14188 and move to approve the zone map amendment with
contingencies included in the staff report.
J. FYI/Discussion 1. City Offices will be closed and the City Commission meeting canceled for
September 1, 2014 in observance of Labor Day. The September 8th City Commission
meeting has been moved to the County Courthouse community room at 311 West Main Street. K. Adjournment
