GENERAL TIME SCHEDULE Upon review of the Preliminary Scope of Services, we have determined there are approximately three miles of streets plus several intersections, which yields approximately four miles of survey work. These streets are very busy and will require more coordination and safety requirements than in a green field area. We estimate the survey portion of the project to take approximately three months to complete, with the processing and deliverables taking another month to complete. With our current staffing availability, we estimate starting the effort in early to mid-August, with a projected completion by the end of the year. We would propose to prioritize the street survey work in coordination with the City Engineer's office to match the Designer's requirements. If required, we could utilize other Morrison-Maierle offices' surveyors to satisfy the contract requirements, in addition to several engineer and survey interns available to assist the Morrison- Maierle professional surveyors.
