AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN
THE NORTHERN PACIFIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Bozeman.
Section 1
That all of the streets and alleys be vacated within the bounds
below described, the same being situated in the Northern Pacific Addition
to the City of Bozeman.
Commencing at a point on Main Street sixteen feet East of Lot Twelve,
Block thirty (30) , being the East side of alley extending through said
block, thence running East to the South-East corner of Block Twenty Eight:
Thence due South to the center of Montana or Babcock Street; thence
due East to the East line of Oak Street; thence due North to the Rail-
Road Right of Way; thence Northwesterly along the Right of Way to a
point opposite Block forty-seven (47) ; thence South across Front Street
to the North-East corner of Block Forty-seven (47) ; thence Northwesterly
to the North-West corner of Block Forty-seven (47) ; thence Southerly to
the North-East corner of Block Forty-six; theme West to Alley in said Block;
thence continuing from the North-East corner of the alley along the East
line of said alley to the place of beginning on Main Street.
Section 2
That this Ordinance be in force and effect on and after it's passage
and publication.
Passed, adopted and approved this 19th day of February A. D. 1897.
