Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of July 28, 2014 and August 4,
2014 as submitted.
E. Consent
1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres)
2. Emergency Management and Hazardous Materials Interlocal Agreement
(Shrauger)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items G. 1 & 2 as submitted.
F. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice
for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling
within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that
item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
G. Action Items
1. Proposed Interlocal Agreement with Riverside Water and Sewer Districts
(Kukulski)
Consider the motion: Having considered public comment and the information presented
by staff, I hereby move to authorize the City Manager to execute the Interlocal Agreement
Bozeman City Commission Agenda, August 18, 2014
Page 2 of 2
for Wastewater Treatment Services with Riverside County Water and Sewer District No.
310 with the annexation taking place on July 1, 2020.
2. Review of Current Property and Liability Coverage (Kukulski)
Consider the motion: None.
3. Voluntary Rental Unit Safety Inspection Initiative (Shrauger)
Consider the motion: None.
4. Code Compliance Program (Price)
Consider the motion: None.
5. Appointment to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board
(Brunckhorst)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint Patricia Jacobs to the Bozeman Historic
Preservation Advisory Board as the professional architect representative.
