A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION 0]' THE CITY OF BOZE11.LAN LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL
ASSESSlvIENr OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IIVIPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT

by law; that said sums be paid and the collection thereof shall be made in the
manner and in accordance with the law governing the collection of special improve-
ment taxes; that failure to pay such assessments when the same shall become due and

payable shall make such person and such lots and parcels of land liable to the
penalties provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes.
Seotion 3.
That the regular session of the Commission of the vity of
Bozeman held on the 23rd day of September, A. D.,
1932,
at the Commission Chamber,
City Hall Building,
be,
and the same is hereby designated as the time and plaoe at
which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by the
Commis s io n.
Section 4.
That the Clerk of the Commission, be,
and she is hereby
ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper,
printed and published in the said City of Bozeman,
a notice signed by the Clerk of
the Corrnnission,
and stating that a resolution levying a special assessment of taxes
to defray fifty (50) per cent of the cost of mailltaining and lighting Main Street,
from Ida Avenue to :E'ourth Avenue,
in the said Special Improvement Lighting District
No. 100 for the year 1932,
is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission,
subject to inspection for a period of five days;
that said notice shall state the

time and place at which objections will be heard by the Commission to the f'im 1
adopt ion of this Resolution; that
it shall be publ ished at least five days before
the date set by the Commission for hearing of objections,
and the final adoption
of this Resolution.
Passed by the Co~nission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 16th day of September, 1932, A. D.

That said Special Improvement Lighting District No. 100 was created pur-
suant to Cou~cil Resolutions Nos.
641 and 647, that the amount of assessment
is
$1636.48; the total frontage is 6785.~ linear feet, and the rate per front foot is
$.241177.

That, said Corroni ss ion Resolut ion No.
242 is now on file in the office of
the Clerk of the Commission of said City of BozeD~n subject to inspection for a
period of five days by any person interested; that Friday the 23rd day of September,
1932,
at 7:30 o'clock P. M.,
of said day at a regular session of the Commission of
the City of Boze~n,
Commission Chamber,
City Hall Building, has been designated as
the time and place when and where said Commission will hear and pass upon any and all
objections that may be mcde to the final passage and aLioption of said Commission
Resolution No. 242, and the levying of said assessment; and that,
said Resolution
will be finally passed and adopted at said regular session of said Commission,
subject to such corrections and amendments as may be made and filed within the five
days limit as provided by law.
All persons interested are referred to Counc il Resolutions Nos.
641 end 64?,
creating the aforesaid Speoial Improvement Ligllting District No. 100,
defining
the
boundaries thereof and providing for the assessment of the cost of said light ing for
further particulars,
said Resolutions being on file in the office of the Clerk of the

Commission of the City of Bozeman, at the City Hall of said City,
and subject to
the inspection of all persons interested.
