MONTANA, TO DEFRAY THE COST OF RELvlOVAL 0]' SNOV; FOR THE YEAR 1931-1932 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 502 ENTITLED: tAN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RElVlOVAL OF SNOW FROM THE SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AND REPEliLING ORDINANCE NO. 385 ENTITLED: tAN ORDINANCE PIWVIDING FOR THE REMOV At OF SNOW AND ICE, DIRT, FILTH AND OTHER OBSTRUCTION FROM SIDEWALKS ON IvLAIN STREET BETWEEN WALLACE AVENUE AND FOtRTH AVENUE IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN t," WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Bozeman did on the 16th day of September, 1932, at a regular session thereof duly pass Commission Resolution No. 241, ent it led; "A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN THE Crry OF BOZElvIAN, COUNTY OF GALL.t\.TIN, STATE OF MONTANA, 1'0 DEFRAY THE COST OF REMOVAL OF SNOVl FOR THE YEAR 1931-1~32 PURSU~~T TO THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 502, ElffITLED: tAN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW FROM l'HE SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY 0]' BOZEMAN AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 385 ENTITLED: tAN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOF~ THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE, DIRT, FILTH A..WD OTHER OBSTRUCTION FROht SID::.WALKS ON MAIN ST BEET BETWEEN WALLACE A VENUE AND FOURTH A VENUE IN THE cr TY OF BOZEUili.N '," and WHEREAS, said Conunission Resolution Ho. 241 was duly signed by the l~layor and the Clerk of the Commission, and was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Commission on the 16th day of September, 1932, and ever since has been on file in said office, subject to and for the inspection of all persons interested; and I WHEREAS, the 23rd day of' September, 1932, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozerr~n to be held at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building in the said City, was the time and place designated for hearing objections to the final passage and adopt ion of said Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Commission has given notice of the filing of said Resolution and the final passage and adoption thereof, by publishing notice thereof in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper, printed and published in said City, at least five (5) days before hearing any and all objections to the final passage and adopt ion of said Resolut ion; and Vi/HERMS, the matter of the sa id final passage and adoption of said Resolution, coming on regularly to be heard, pursuant to said Resolution and Notice, this 23rd day of September, 1~32, at a regular session of said Comrnission, and proof being made of the publication of said Notice as required by law and as ordered by said Resolution; and VlBEREAS, no objections havin@!j been made or tiled to the final passage and adoption of said Resolut ion and the levying of the assessment as therein provided; I ~- __._____..________ .... ...__ _n.' . _._....__._ .. _.____~___" ..._...__ Proof ReM!
