WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Bozeman heretofore duly and
regularly passed Ordinance No. 502,

ment taxes; that failure to pay such assessments when same shall become due and pay-
able shall make such person and such lots and parcels of land liable to the penalties
provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes.
Section 3. That the regular session Of the Commission of the City of Bozeman

to be held on the 23rd day of September, A. D.,
1932, at the Commission Chamber,
City
Hall Buildine, be,
and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which
objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by the Commission.
Section 4.
That the Clerk of the Commission be, and she is hereby ordered
and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper printed
and
published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by the Clerk of the Commission,
and stating that a resolution levying a special assessment of taxes to defray' the
cost of removal of snow from sidewalks adjoining certain premises in the City of
Bozen~n for the year 1~3l-1~32 is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Com-
mission,
subject to inspection for a period of five (5) days; that said notice shall
state the time and place at which objections will be heard by the Commission to the
final adoption of this Resolution; that it shall be published at least 1'i ve days
before the date set by the Commission for hearing objections and the final adoption
of this Resolution.
Passed by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 16th day of September, A. D.,

Commission will hear and pass upon any and all objeotions that may be made to the
finsl passage and adoption of said
Commission Resolution No. 241, and the levying of
said assessment; and that said Resolution will be finally passed and adopted at said

regular session of said Commission,
subject to such corrections and amendments as
may be made upon objections made and filed within the five days limit as provided
by la w .
