RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CI'l'Y OF BOZEliiAN LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXEEj UPON ALL Tl-:iE rROPERTY IN SPECIAL IM,PROVEJ:LENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 100 TO DEFRAY FIFTY ( 50 ) PER CEN'l' OF TIiE COST O:f!' LIGHTING MAIN STREET FROM IDA AVENUE TO I ".- :329 ...- _._n.__.n._.__.u_ __.___.__._..._____ "... -.. ,.-......-..------.. said sums be paid and the collection thereof shall be made in the manner and in accordance with the law governing the collection of special improvement taxes; that failure to pay such assessments when the same shall become due and payable shall I make such person and such lots and parcels of land liable to the penalties provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes. Sect ion 3. That the regular session of the Commission of the Ci ty of Bozeman held on the 8th day of September, A. D., 193~ , at the Commission Chamber, City Hall BUilding, be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by the Commission. Section 4. That the Clerk of' the Con~ission, be, and she is hereby ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper, printed and published in the said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by the Cler~ of the Commission, - --- :3:30 -..----- __m__. ..------ pursuant to Council ~esolutions Nos. 641 and 647, that the amount of assessment is ~1636.48,that the total frontage is 6785.4 linear feet, and the rate per front foot is $.2411'77. Tha t , said Commission Resolution No. 252 is now on file in the office of the I Clerk of the Commission of the said City of Bozeman subject to inspection for a period of five days by any person interested; that Friday the 8th day of September, 1933, at '7:30 o'clock P. M., of said day at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Commission Chamber, City Hall Building, has been designated as the time and place when and where sa id Commi 5S ion w ill hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the final passage and adoption of said Con~ission Resolution No. 252, and the levying of said assessment; and that, said Resolution will be finally passed and adopted at said regular session of said Commission, subject to such corrections and amendments as may be made and filed within the five days limit as provided by law. All persons interested are referred to Council Resolutions Nos. 641 and 647, creating the aforesaid Special Improvement Lighting District No. 100, defining the boundaries thereof and providing for the assessment of the cost of' said lighting for further particulars, said Resolutions being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, at the City Hall of said City, I and subject to the inspection of all persons interested.
