IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS OF THE CITY OF BOZEN.AN FOR THE YEAR 1933.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Cormnission of' the City of Bozeman have
heretofore duly and regularly passed Council and Commission Resolutions creating
Special Improvement Districts within the City of Bozeman, defining the boundaries
thereof and providing for the maintenance of parkings therein, and for the assess-
ment of the cost of maintaining the parkings as set forth in Resolutions hereinafter
referred to; and
WHEREAS, the parkings within the boundaries of said Special Improvement
Districts have been cared for and maintained during the year 1933 as contemplated in
said Resolutions, in accordanoe with the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, said Special Improvement Districts for the maintenanoe of parkings
and the Resolut ions creating the same, the total frontage, or the area, of the
property within said districts to be assessed, the total cost of said maintenance
within said districts and the amount chargeable to the property therein is herein-
after set forth.
I Now, therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5242~ Political
Code, R.C.lvl., 1921, and said Council and Commission Resolutions, creating said
Special Improvement Districts, and providing for the maintenance thereof';
Be IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE COll/lVlISSION OF' THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. 'rhl:lt for the year 1933 the City of Bozeman has defrayed the
cost ($2305.77) of maintenance of parkings in the several Special Improvement
Districts, pursuant to Hesolutions creating the same, and that the entire cost
thereof, the total number of linear feet, or area, of property to be assessed, and
the rate per linear or square foot, is as follows to-wit:
Maintenance 'of Farking District No. G, oreated by Council Hesolution
No. 306, on South Willson Avenue from Babcock Street to College Street, a total
frontage of 4355.37 linear feet, the sum of ~334.75, at an approximate rate per
front foot of ~.076859.
Maintenance of Parking District No.9, created by Council Resolution
No. 325, Lindley Place, a total area of 209440 square feet. No Assessment.
Maintenance of Parking District No. 16, created by Council Resolution
No. 356, Babcock Street from Black Avenue to Tracy Avenue, a total area of 93773
square feet, the sum of ~18.98, at an approximate rate per square foot of ~.0002024.

No. 355, Grand Avenue from Babcock street to College Street, a total area of
581481 square feet, the sum of ~174.15, at an approximate rate per square foot of

Special Improvement Districts as set forth in bchedules One to Twenty-One, Inclusive,
hereto attached and made a part hereof; that a particular description of each lot
and parcel of land with the name of the owner and the sum assessed against him or
it,

forth in assessment lists hereto attached, marked "Schedules One
( 1) to
Twenty-one (21) tt and made a part hereof; that the several sums set opposite the
names of the owners and the described lots and parcels of land be,
and the same are
