YEAR 1933 PURSUANf 'fa THE PHOVISIONS OF OHDINAIlCE NO. 428,
ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE DEFINING. AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUNISH)\lENT AHD ABATE-
MENT OF CERTAIN NUISANCES".
WHEREAS,
The City Council of the City of Bozeman heretofore duly and
regularly passed Ordinance No. 428,
entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND PROVIDING FOR 'rIlE PUNISHIl!iE},~ AND

required by law; that
said sums shall be paid and the collection thereof shall be
made in the manner and in accordance with the law governing the collection of
special improvement taxes; that
failure to pay slich assessments when same shall

become due and payable shall make such person and such lots and parcels of land
liable to the penalties provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes.
Sect ion 3.
That
the regular session of the COMnission of the City of
Bozeman to be held on the 8th day of September,
A. D.,
1933,
at the Commission
Chamber,
City liall Building,
be,
and the same
is hereby designated as the time and
place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by
the Commission.

Section 4.
That the
Clerk of the Commission be,
and she is hereby
ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper,

City Hall Building, has been designated as the time and place when and where said
,
. Commission will hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the
final passage and adoption of said Comrnission Resolution No. 250 and the levying of
said assessment; and that, said Resolution will be finally passed and adopted at I
said regular session of said Commission, subject to such corrections and amendments
as may be made upon obj ect ions made and filed wi thin the five days 1 imi t as provided
by law.
