Walton Homestead Office Buildings SP/COA Z14191 (Rogers/Johnson)   1227 N. 14th Avenue, 1232 N. 15th Avenue  A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of two office buildings with associated parking and related site improvements.    2. Valley Meadows Major Subdivision Pre-application P14033 (Rogers/Johnson)   Durston Road and Meriwether Avenue  A Pre-Application Plan review for a major subdivision to subdivide 8.653 acres into 74 single-household townhouse lots with requests to waive supplementary information and requests for alternative design compliance for block width and length standards.    3. Norton East Ranch Ph. 3 MaSub Prel. Plat P14035 (Krueger /Murray)   West Babcock Street extended  A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of ~199 acres into 104 single-household lots, 6 townhouse lots, and 2 Restricted Size Lots.
