BE IT RESOLVED BY TIn; COMJ.!ilSSION OF rrllE Crry OF BOZ~~lvlA_N: Section 1. That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the Commis sion of' the City of Bozeman, stat e of Montana, to create a Spec ial Improve- ment District to be known and designated as Special Improvement District No. 287 of said City for the purpose of making the improvements within said Special Improvement District hereinafter described. Section 2. That the boundaries of said Special Improvement District No. 287, to be created, are as follows:- Beginning at a point in the west line of Tentll Avenue Suutn where said line is intersected by the north line of the east and west alley in block 6 of West Park AdditIon to the City of Bozeman, Montana; thence south along said west line of Tenth Avenue South to the south line of West Koch Street; thence west along said south line of 'ivest Koch Street to the 'east line of J;.;leventh Avenue South; thence north along said east line of ::b;leventh Avenue ~outh to the north line of the east and west alley in Block 6 of said West Park Addition; thence east along the north line of said alley to the place of beginning. I Section 3. That it is hereby declared to be tlie opinion of said Commis- siun of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana, that all of the land within said . proposed Speeial Improvement District, as defined in Section 2 01' this Hesolution, will be specially benefitted by the construction of said sewer and all of said improvements in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana in such case made and prov ided. Section 4. 'l'hat the character of' the improvements to be made wi tl:.iu said Special Improvement District No. 287 is the construction of a 'sanitary t:Jewer, including pipe, wye branches, manholes, trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, engineering, inspection and incidentals in the Alley between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues South from the present sewer in the east and west alley between West Babcock and West Olive Streets south to the center of West Koch Street. Section 5. ':Chat the approximate estimate of the cost 01' constructing said sewer, including all of the items mentioned in Section 4, is $2127.02. Section 6. That the total area of the land within said proposed district to be taxed for the cost, of said improvements, exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys I and public places, is 170161.8 square feet, and an approximate estimate of the cost of said improvement to be specially taxed and assessed against the land therein is $0.0125 per square foot of said land. Section 7. That the entire cost and expense of making the Special Improvements herein set forth in said Special 11;W.provement District No. 287 shall be paid by Speci.al Improvement District Coupon Bonds, as authorized by the Laws of the , tJ'. - ..., ') r) _" ~...., ~:, ~.J1 --- .._.___._ _.__n...__ n. _____..._.____. .... . -..... -----.".. ----.--- -" - .. ---- ------------- state of Montana, which bonds shall be in the denomination of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each, or fractions thereof where necessary, to be issued and chargeable I against a fund to be known as If Special Improvement District No. 287 Fund tT, said bonds to be redeemable at the option of the City of Bozeman, Mon~ana, whenever funds are available for that purpose from said Special Improvement District No. 287 Fund. Said bonds shall draw simple interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, whicll interest shall be chargeable as a part of' the cost of said improvement, and shall -.-..-. --...-..--..-....... NOT ICE . -----~- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN t hat at a regular meet ing of' the Cornmiss ion 0 f the Ci ty of Bozeman, State of Montana, held on l'riday, the 15th day of September, 1933, I a Resolution was duly passed by said Commission declaring its intention to create a Special Improvement District to be known and designated as SJJecial Improvement District No. 287 of said City for the purpose of constructing a Sanitary i:iewer in the alley between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues from the present sewer in the east and west alley between Babcock and Olive streets south to the center of Koch 3treet and declaring it to be the intention of said COnilllission to specially assess the entire cost and expense of making such improvements against the entire district, each lot or parcel of land within such district 'co be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district, exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys and public places. That the estimate of' the total cost and expense of ma/,ing such improvement is :jji2127.02, that the total area of property in the district to be assessed for the proposed improvement, exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys and public places, is 170161.8 square feet; that the estimated cost for each lot and parcel of land in said district is ~O.0125 per square foot; and that Friday, the 6th day of October, , 1933, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., and the CormnissJ..on Chamber of the City of Bozeman, has I been designated as the time when and the place where the said Commission will hear and pass upon all protests that may be made against the proposed work or against the extent or creation of the said district to be assessed, or both. Such protests, if any, must be in writing, and must be delivered to the Clerk of' the COlilmission within
