ENTITLED:
'AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE REMOVAL, OF SNOW AND ICE,
DIRT, FILTH AND OTHER
OBSTRUCTION FROM SIDEWALKS ON MAIN STREET BETWEEN WALLACE AVENUE

payable shall make such person and such lots and parcels of land liable to the
penalties provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes.
Section 3.
That the regular session of the Commission of the City of
Bozeman to be held on the 8th day of September,
A. D.,
1933,
at the Co~nission
I
Chamber,
City Hall Building,
be,
and the same is hereby designated as the time and
place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by
the Commission.
Sect ion 4.
That the Clerk of' the Commission be,
and she is hereby ordered
and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper
printed and
published in said City of Bozeman,
a not ice signed by the Clerk of the COnIDliss ion,
and
stating that a resolution levying a special assessment of taxes to defray the
cost of ren~val of snow from sidewalks adjoining certain premises in the City of
Bozeman for the year 1932-1933 is on file in the office of' the Clerk of' the Cornrnis-
sion,
subject to inspection for a period of f'ive(5) days; that said notice shall
state the time and place at which objections will be heard by the Commission to the
final adoption of this Resolution; that
it shall be published at least five days
be~ore the date set by the Commission for hearing of objections and the final
adoption of this Resolution.
Passed by the Commission of the (.:ity of' Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the'25th day of August,

passage and adoption of said Commission Resolution No.

and the levying of
said assessment; and that
said Resolution will be finally passed and adopted at
said regular session of said Commission,
subject to such corrections and amendments
