Enclosed for your signature are four (4 ) copies of an Amendment to
the above Grant Agreement. The Amendment terminates the Grant Agreement
as of the date of execution. Please sign all four (4) copies of the
Anendment at the place indicated.
When you have signed the copies of the Amendment, please forward two
(2) executed duplicate originals of the Amendment to the appropriate HUD Field
Office. In addition, one (1) executed duplicated original of the Amendment
should be immediately forwarded to:

One (1) copy of the Amendment should be retained by you for your files.
Please notify all participating parties to the UDAG Grant Agreement
of the termination of the project. This termination in no way reflects on
our view of the City's economic development program, its relations with HUD
and especially our receptivity toward future UDAG applicati. s. Indeed, we
look forward to receiving future UDAG requests by you.
