Clerk of the Commission, subject to inspection for a period of five days; that said
notice shall state the tillie and place at which objections will be heard by the
,.1 Commission to the final adoption of this Resolution; that it shall be published at
least five days before the date set by the Commission for flearing of objections,
and the final adoption of this Resolution.
Passed by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 25th day of August, A. D., 1933.

LEVYING ASSESS1\TENT OF SEVENTY-FIVE PER CENT, COST
SPRINTCLING STREETS, STREET SPHINKLING DISTRICTS FOR
THE YEAR 1933.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular session of the Commission of' tbe
City of Bozeman held on the 25th day of August, 1933, COHuilission .hesolution No. 254
1 was duly passed and adopted; that said Commission Hesolution No. 254 levies and
. assesses a special assessment of taxes upon all the propert:'l in street Sprinkling
Districts of said City to defray 75 per cent of the cost of sprinkling streets
within said Street Sprinkling Districts for the year 1'0.133.
That the Street Sprinkling Districts, und the Resolutions creating the
same, and the amount of the assessments are as follows:
