SUBJECT: Approval for a Beer and Wine License for Sola Café and a liquor license for Open
Range Food & Drink and Lucky Lil’s

RECOMMENDATION: Approval for a Liquor and Beer/Wine License for Lucky Lil’s to sell liquor at
2401 W Main Street, Open Range Food & Drink to sell liquor at 241 E Main Street,
and Sola Café to sell beer and wine at 290 W Kagy Blvd Unit A
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman Municipal Code
4.03.020). The applicant has license from the Montana Liquor Control Board
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
FISCAL EFFECTS: By approval, accept $1400.00 in license fees.
