A Site Plan Certificate of Appropriateness Application
to allow the construction of a new administration office, shop and storage buildings, with associated parking and related site improvements.

staff report.

12:59 min – Opened for applicant. Jim Whaley, State of Montana Architects Office,
addressed the fencing and
requirement for islands in parking lot.

Questions regarding signalization at Nelson & Frontage Rd.,
Lower Yards, property
belonging to Water Reclamation Facility, long-range plans, right-of-way, landscaping, Entryway Corridor.

Support for additional landscaping in the parking lot with no islands. Recommend no vinyl slats on chain link fencing.

Discussion on motion regarding use of color for buildings.

Dee-O-Gee Daycare CUP MODS TO PUD Z14142 (Davis)
2051 West Oak Street
A Conditional Use Permit Application permitting a major modification to the Stoneridge Square Planned
Unit Development (PUD) to add dog day care services to the permitted uses for B-1 (Neighborhood Business District) within the PUD. The applicant proposes the Dee-O-Gee day care services
for 15-20 dogs at a time with no outdoor services and no overnight boarding. No exterior modification to the building is proposed. The new use will be in addition to an existing, permitted
retail and pet grooming business. The property is zoned B-1, Neighborhood Business District, and is located at 2051 Oak Street, Suite #4 within Stoneridge Square.

42:44 min –Questions for Planner DeBethizy-Davis. Questions regarding why the DRB is
seeing
this, signage, dog drop-off area in the parking lot, disposal of dog waste, how to keep it from becoming overnight dog kenneling.

include building interior, dog waste,
inappropriate location, narrow parking area,

approval of Application Z14142 with consideration to staff and DRB comments.”
