A RESOLUTION OF' THE CQIvIN1ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE1L,AN PHOVIDIl~G
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND cu::ms IN THE CITY OF BOZE-
MAN DURING THE YEAR 1934 WITHOUT THE FORlvJATION OF' A SPECIAL IM-

That the Ci ty liIanager, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance ~~o. 561, give
written. not ice to t~e several proDert~ owners, or agent s o~' such property owners, .1
as provlded by Sectlon 6, of said Ordlnance No. 561; that 11' any owner or agent of
any owner of any such lot or parcel of land shall fail or neglect for a period of
thirty days after the date of the service of such notice to cause such sidewalks or
curbs or other concrete work to be constructed, the City shall construct or cause
such sidewalks or curbs, or concrete work, to be constructed, and shall assess the
cost thereof, including engineering costs and costs enwnerated in Section 5246,
Political Code, R.C.li~., 1921, against the property in front of which the same is
constructed;
VI.
That to defray the cost of c6nstruction of said sidewalks and curbs, and any
other concrete work by the City, as herein provided, the assessment therefor shall
be spread over a term of five years, payment to be made in equal annual install-
ments; that the Resolution therefor shall be passed and adopted as provided by
said Ordinance No. 561, and said Section 5244, as amended by said Chapter 12,
herein referred to.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular I
session thereof held on the 18th day of May, 1934.

certify that the foreGoing Resolution No. 263, was published by title in the
Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in said City of Bozeman, in the issue of May 23, H:134, and that due
proof of said publication was made and filed in my office.
