Three-minute time limit per speaker.) 10:10:47 AM President McSpadden opened for Public Comment – no public comment forthcoming. ITEM 3. DRAFT MINUTES OF JUNE 17, 2014 10:11:09 AM – President McSpadden asked for motion and second to approve minutes of 6/17/2014. Minutes approved unanimously. Mr. Neubauer made comments on Minutes. Planner Saunders addressed comments from Mr. Neubauer concerns. Mayor Krauss, Mr. Thompson President McSpadden had additional comments. 10:15:52 AM - President McSpadden asked for motion and second to approve minutes of 6/17/2014. Minutes approved unanimously. ITEM 4. PROJECT REVIEW 10:16:08 AM 1. Boulder Creek Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application P14023 A Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application requested by the property owner Four Corners Construction, LLC, 125 Central Ave., Bozeman, MT 59718, represented by C&H Engineering & Surveying, Inc., 1091 Stoneridge Dr., Bozeman, MT 59718 to allow the subdivision of 35.34 acres into 59 single-household residential lots, 4 multifamily lots, streets, 2 public parks, private open space corridors, trails and related site improvements. The property is described as an Amended Plat of Lot 3A, Minor Subdivision 201A, located in the S½ of Section 4, Township 2S, Range 5E, of P.M.M, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana. The project is generally located east of Laurel Parkway, north of Annie Street (as extended). (Saunders) 10:16:18 AM – Planner Saunders presented his staff report. 10:25:59 AM - Planner Saunders finished his presentation and responded to questions. Questions from Mr. Potter, Mr. Garberg, Mr. Thompson. 10:30:51 AM – Questions for Planner Saunders closed and presentation by applicant. Matt Hausauer of C & H engineering addressed the Board. 10:32:06 AM – President McSpadden opened for Public Comment- non forthcoming 10:32:23 AM – President McSpadden opened for Motion, Discussion, and Vote 10:32:30 AM - Motion Council Member - Erik Garberg: Motion Board Member - Laura Dornberger: 2nd “Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application P-14023 and move to approve parkland with less than 100% and more than 50% of its perimeter fronting public streets (Section 38.23.040) as the applicant has proposed mitigation measures and to approve the Subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions.” 10:33:33 AM – Opened for discussion on motion.
