ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON CERTAIN PROPERrIES IN

improvement taxes; that failure to pay such assessments when same shall become d1J.e
and payable shall make such person and such lots and parcels of land liable to the
penalties provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes.
Section ;3.
That the regular session of the Cownission of the City of Bozeman

at the Commis sian Hoom,

Hall Building,

and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which
objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by the Commission.
Section 4.
That the Clerk of the Commission be,
and she is hereby ordered
and
directed to publistj. in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper print
ed and
published in said City of Bozeman,
a notice signed by the Clerk of the Commission,
and stating that a resolution levying a special assessment of taxes to defray the
cost of removal of snow from sidewalks adjoining certain premises in the City of
Bozeman for the year 1933-1934 is on file in the office of the Clerk of' tIle
Cornmis sion,
sub ject to inspect ion for a period 0 l' five (5) days; that
sa id not ice
shall state the time and place at which objections will be heard by the Cowaissioa
to the final adoption of this Resolution; that i~ shall be pUblished at least five
days before the date set by the Commission for hearing of objections and the final
~doption of this Resolution.
Passed by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 24th day of August, A. D.,
1934.
