COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 271
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMM.ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEM.AN LEVYING A:m
ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSME~r OF TAXES UPON CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF EOZEIvTAN,
COUNTY OF GALLATIN,
STATE OF MONTANA, TO DE-

said assessment list,
"Schedule One",
as required by law; that said sums shall be
paid and the collection thereof shall be m~de in the manner and in acuordance with

the law governing the collection of special improvement taxes; that failure to pay
such assessments when same shall become due and payable shall make such person and
such lots and parcels of land liable to the penalties provided by the law relative
to delinquent taxes.
Section 3.
That
the regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman
to be held on the 7th day of September,

at the Commission Room,
City
Hall Building, be,
and
the same is hereby designated as the time and place at
which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard by the
Commission.
Sect ion 4.
That the Clerk of the Commission be, and she is hereby ordered and
directed to pUblish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily newspaper, printed and
published in the said City of Bozeman,
a notice signed by ~he Clerk of the
Commission, and stating that a resolution levyin@ a special assessment of to_xes to
defray the cost of exterminating and removing noxious weeds on certain properties
in the City of Bozeman for the year 1934,
is on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Commission,
subject to inspection for a period of five days; that said notice

shall state the time and place at which objections will be heard by the Commis-
sion to the final adoption of thi2
Resolution; that it
shall be published at
least five days before the date set by the Commission for hearing of objections,
and the final adopt ion 0 f this Resolut ion.

said Commission Resolution No.
271 is now on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Commission of said City of Bozeman subject to inspection of all
persons interested for a period of five

by any person interested; that
Friday the 7th day of September,
1934,
at

of said day at a

regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Commission Hoam,
City Hall
Building,
has been designated as the time and place when and where said Commission
will hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be roode to the final
passage and adoption of said COIWlission Resolution No.
271 and the levying
of said
assessment; and that,
said Resolution will be finally passed and adopted at said
regular session of said Commission,
subject to such corrections and ~nendments as
may be made upon objections made and filed within the five days limit as provided by
law.
