ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER    ITEM 2. PUBLIC COMMENT  Limited to any public matter, within the jurisdiction of the Development Review Committee, not on this agenda. Three minute time limit per speaker. Individual items will have a public comment period at the end of Committee discussion, if necessary..    ITEM 3. FINAL WEEK REVIEW  1. The Springs Living ZMA Z14188 (Saunders /Johnson)   North 27th and Catron  A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in zoning designation from B-1 (Neighborhood Business district) to B-2 (Community Business District) on 5.9 acres.    2. Sto ry Mill Ecological Restoration Sketch Plan for Regulated Activities in Regulated Wetlands Z14200 (Saunders /Heaston)   Story Mill Road, East Griffin Drive, Bridger Drive  A Site Plan Application to allow wetland, riparian, and floodplain restoration in Regulated Wetlands along the East Gallatin River and Bozeman Creek on ~53.9 acres for a potential increase in wetland acreage by ~7.3 acres.    ITEM 4. ONE WEEK REVIEW  1. Fisher Mud Room Add. COA/DEV Z14208 (Kramer /Johnson)   502 West Story Streeet  A Certificate of Appropriateness Application with a Deviation to allow enclosure of an existing porch for use as a mud room. The porch is located within the required 5’ side yard setback.    ITEM 5. SECOND WEEK REVIEW  1. Cannery Concept PUD Z14175 (Krueger /Johnson)   101 East Oak Street  A Concept Planned Unit Development (PUD) Application to allow the development of proposed phase 2 of the PUD consisting of 2 new buildings, with associated parking and related site improvements.    2. Cattail Properties Pre. App P14034 (Saunders/Johnson)   Cattail Street, immediately West of Blackbird Drive  A Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 5.2 acres into 56 townhouse lots to be developed as a Planned Unit Development, with associated parking and related site improvements.    3. Cattail Properties Concept PUD Z14191 (Saunders/Johnson)   Cattail Street, immediately West of Blackbird Drive   A Concept Planned Unit Development (PUD) Application to allow the subdivision of 5.2 acres into 56 townhouse lots to be developed as a Planned Unit Development, with associated parking and related site improvements.    4. Norton East Ranch Ph. 3 MaSub Prel. Plat P14035 (Krueger /Murray)   West Babcock Street extended  A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of ~199 acres into 104 single-household lots, 6 townhouse lots, and 2 Restricted Size Lots.     5. The Willson Residences SP/COA Z14190 (Rogers/Johnson)   404 West Main Street  A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the rehabilitation of the existing structure and its conversion into 18 residential units with associated parking and related site improvements.    6. Valley Meadows Major Subdivision Pre-application P14033 (Rogers/Johnson)   Durston Road and Meriwether Avenue  A Pre-Application Plan review for a major subdivision to subdivide 8.653 acres into 74 single-household townhouse lots with requests to waive supplementary information and requests for alternative design compliance for block width and length standards. Walton Homestead Office Buildings SP/COA Z14191 (Rogers/Johnson)   1227 N. 14th Avenue, 1232 N. 15th Avenue  A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of two office buildings with associated parking and related site improvements.    ITEM 7. INFORMAL REVIEW  1. Town Pump #6 Informal Review I14013 (Krueger /Johnson)   2525 North 19th Avenue  An Informal Review Application for advice and direction for the proposed development of a convenience store with fueling islands. In a separate building it is proposed for a restaurant with a gaming parlor and liquor sales for off-site consumption.    2. Town Pump #8 Informal Review I14012 (Krueger /Johnson)   Huffine and Cottonwood  An Informal Review Application for advice and direction for the proposed addition of a restaurant and gaming parlor with associated parking, to the existing Town Pump site on Huffine at Cottonwood.     3. Mandeville Stream Enhancement Informal Review I14014 (Saunders /Johnson)   205 North 11th Avenue  An Informal Review Application for advice and comment on the proposed relocation and enhancement of the existing Mandeville Stream on the Bozeman High School property northwest of the intersection of W. Main St. and N. 11th Avenue.    ITEM 8. ADJOURNMENT
