Project Agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the Mayor’s signature on the Transportation Alternatives
Project Agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation
BACKGROUND: The City obtained funding from the Montana Department of Transportation
to develop and construct ADA compliant sidewalks along Durston Road between Laurel
Parkway and Rosa Way. This item ratifies the mayor’s signature on that agreement.
FISCAL EFFECTS: The Montana Department of Transportation will finance $81,870. The
City’s portion is $12,690.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
