BE IT RESOLVED BY rEm~ COMMISSION OP TIE CrEY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1.
That it 1s hereby declared to be the intention of tbe City Commission of the
City of Bozeman,
State of Montana,
to create a special improvement distrlct to be

.Section 6.
That the total number or lineal front feet of all Willson Avenue,
South,
and
other frontage,
included within said proposed District No. 294 (exclusive of streets,
I
alleys,
avenues,
and public places)
to be assessed for said improvement is 600 lineal
feet and an approximate estimate of the cost of said construction to be specially
assessed against the land therein is $1.095 per lineal foot of said frontage.
Section 7.

said bonds or
warrants to be redeemable at the option of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
whenever

City of Bozeman,

has been designated

as the time and place when and where the said Commission will hear and pass upon
all protests duly and re~llarly made and filed,
against said proposed construction
and the creation of said Special Improvement District No. 294,
and the extent and
character thereof,
or of either thereof.
Section 12.
'l'hat the Clerl{ of said Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana,
be and she
is hereby,
directed to give notice as required by lavl of the adoption of this
resolution.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman;l Montana,
at a
regular session of the said Cormnission held on the 12th day of July,
1935.

protest to be filed with the Clerk of said Commission at the City Hall of said City
of Bozeman,
state of Montana,
and such protest or protests will be duly considered
by said Commission at the time and place as hereinbefore specified.
Trlat for a description of the boundaries of said Special Improvement District
No. 294 reference is hereby made to Resolution No. 291 of the Commission of the
City of Bozeman,
declaring the intention to create the same,
which is on file in
the office of the undersigned Clerk of said Commission in the City Hall of said City
