Whereas: There has been filed w1 th the CIerI: of the City Commission the petition in due form of J. A. Nelson and others, requesting that a special improve- ment district be created ir, said ci ty for the purpose of constructing street curbs, oiled macadam or gravel or penolithic pavement and storm sewer's on Sixth Avenue Between College and Cleveland Streets, Seventh Avenue between Harrison & Cleveland Streets, and Harrison Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, and Whereas: At the meeting of the City Connnission of the City of Bozeman held on the 28th day of June, 1935, said petit:ton was duly considered and granted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1. That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Bozeman to create a special improvement district to be known and designated as Special Improvement District No. 293 of the City of Bozeman for the purpose of constructing street curbs, I oiled macadam or gravel or Penoli thic pavement and storm sewers on Sixth Avenu.e 48~ _ .-' ~J ..- -- .. - said improvements including curbs, grading, pavement, storm sewers, engineering, and incidentals is $13,865.60, of which 80% amounting to $11:092.48 is to be assessed against the property fronting on the portions of Sixth and Seventh Avenues where I the improvements are to be installed on the basis of the actual area of such property; and 20% amounting to ~f2, 773.12 is to be assessed ar:;ainst the property located in the South Half (S~) of Block Four (4) and the North Half (N-?a) of Block 'l'hirteen (13) of Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Bozeman, on the area basis, with the corner lots paying double the rate of the inside lots. 'rho boundaries of said Special Improvement District No. 293 hereby created, are defined and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of West College Street where the same is intersected by the center line of the alley between Fifth and Sixth Avenues South; thence south along the center line of said alley between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, and said line extended, to the north line of West Cleveland Street; thence west along the north line of said West Cleveland Street to the center line of the vacated alley in Block Twelve (12) I 4~~7 . ........--',> ___._n of Intention to create said special improvement district is on file in the office of the C~rk of the City Conwission of the City of Bozeman, and is open to the inspection of all interested parties.
