IN SAID CITY OF BOZEMAN.
Whereas:
There has been filed with the C1srk of the City Comr:'ission the
peti tion irl due form of Clare D. Ely and others,
requesting that a special improve-
ment district be created in said City for the purpose of constructing street curbs
and oiled macadam pavement on West Babcock Street from Eighth Avenu.e to the City
Limits of said City of Bozeman. and
Whereas:
at the meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman held on
the lOth day of May, 1935,
said peti tion was duly considered and granted.. NOW

BE IT RJ:i:SOLVED BY THE CON[MISSION OF THE CITY OT<' BOZEl/TAN:
Section 1.
That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Bozeman to create
a special improvement district to be known and designated as Special Improvement
District No. 202 of the City of Bozeman for the p1J.rpase of consttJucting street curbs
and oiled macadam pavement on West Babcock Street from Eighth Avenue to the City
limits in the said City of Bozeman, within the boundaries particularly described as

follows:
Beginning at a point in the north line of West Babcock Street
where the same is intersected by the west line of Eighth Ave.

at 7:30 o'clock P. M.,
at the regltlar meeting place of' said
City Commission in the City Hall of the City of Bozeman is the time and the place
when and where objections will be heard to the granting of said petition and the
I
passage of an ordinance, pursuant to this Resolution of Intention;
and the City
Manager is hereby directed to cause Notice of this Resolution to be served upon all
persons whose property ,'1huts upon that port:ton of said West 3D-beock Street from
Eighth Avenue to the City limits and to give notice thereof' by publication,
all in
the manner and form as precribed by Section 5227, R. C. Montana,
1921.
Passed and adopted by the Corru:nlssion of the Ci ty of Bozeman at a regular
session thereof held on the 12th day of' July,
1935.

at 7:30 otclock P. M.
at the
Connnission Room of the Ci:~y Hall,
Bozeman,
Montana,
is designated by said
Resolution No. 289A as the time and place for hearing objections to the action
proposed to be talcen by said resolution and the adoption of an ordinance giving

effect to the same,
and when and where any and all persons whose property abuts on
that portion of West Babcock Street,
from Eighth Avenue to City limits,
may appear
and snow cause,
if any they have,
against said proposed improvement,
Objections
must be made in writing.
An apDroxime.te estimate of the cost of doing such work and making such
impro"rement is ,$6576.40,
or $4.10 a front f-)ot in case plant mix is used and
$6256.90 or $3.90 a front foot if road mix is used.
Notice is further given that
the Resolution of Intention to create said special improvement district is on file
in the office of the Clerk of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman and is
open to the inspection of all interested parties.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 5227'R. C. Montana
1921.
