is set forth in the schedule
hereto attached,
and made a part hereof;
tha t the
several sums set opposite the names
of the owners,
and the described lots and parcels of land,

Lighting District No. 295 is 6197.37 linear feet; that the rate per front foot is

the C1 ty of I3ozeman, Commission Hoom, Ci ty Hall Fiuildlnc;, has been desir;na ted as
the time and place when and wh_ere said Commisslon will hear and pass l.:tDon any and
all object:tons thot may be made to the final passage and adoption of said Corrm1:i.ssion
Resolution No. 307; and the levying of said assessment; and that said Resolution will
be finally passed and adopted at said regular session of said Corrnnisslon, subject to
such corrections and amendments as may be made and filed within the five days limit
as provided by law.
All Dersons interested are referred to Cornm:iss:Lon Itesolut:lons lIos. 293 and
305" creating the aforesaid Special Improvement Lightj.ng Distri et Ho. 295, defining
the boundaries thereof and providing for the assessr:18nt of the cost of said ligrlting
for further particulars, said Resolut:i.ons being, on file in the office of theClerk
of the Commls~,lon of the City of Bozeman, at the City Hall of said City, and
subject to the inspection of all persons interested. I
