I ','lI-IEREAS, tl':>.e Ci ty Council of the City of Bozen1!fn"l~nd regularly passed Council Resolutions Nos. 641 and 647 creating Special Improvement Lighting District No. 100 within the City of Bozeman and defining the boundaries thereof and providing for the asses::;ment of the cost of lighting the same as set forth in said Council Resolutions Nos. 641 and 647; and - -..,..,..--,..--- 5{j and such lots and parcels of land liHb1e to the penalties provided by the law relative to delinquent taxes. Section 3. 'fhllt the regular session of the Commission of the Oi ty of BozcEw.n to be held on the 4th day of October, 1935, at the CornmissJon Room, City Irall Buildinr~, be, and the so.me is hereby designated af> the time and place at which ob.4ect10ns to the final adopt:i.on of this Hesoll1tion will be heard by the I Commission. Section 4. 'I'hat the Clerl-:. of the Conmliswion be, and she is hereby ordered and dlrected to pllblish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, n daily new~maper, nrinted and published in the said Ci t), of Bozeman, a notice signed b:y the Clerk of' the Connnission, an.d stating thc.t a resolution levying H. special assessment of taxes to defray fifty (50) per cent of the cost of maintaininG and lir)ltinp; :'/!ain Street. from Ida Avenue to Fourth Avenue, in the said Special IMprovement Lip}:lting District No. 100 for the year 1935, is on file in the office of theClerl: of the COffiL'11.:1 S 31 on, subject to inspection for a period of five days; that said notice shall state the time and. place at which objections will be he<:>rd. by the Conrrnission to the final adoption of tIlis Resolution; that it shall be published at least five days before the date set by the Commis,Jion for hearing of objections, and trle final adoption of this Resolution. All persons interested are referred to Council Resolutions Nos. 641 and G47, creating the af'oresaid Special Improvement Lighting District No. 100, defining the boundaries thereof and providing for the assessment of the cost of said lighting for further particulars, said Resolutions beinG on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, at the City Hall of said City, ond subject to the inspection of all persons interested.
