an.d stating thc.t a resolution levying H. special assessment of taxes to
defray fifty (50)
per cent of the cost of maintaininG and lir)ltinp; :'/!ain Street.
from Ida Avenue to Fourth Avenue,
in the said Special IMprovement Lip}:lting
District No.
100 for the year 1935,
is on file in the office of theClerl: of the

subject to inspection for a period of five days;
that said notice shall
state
the time and. place at which objections will be he<:>rd. by the Conrrnission to the
final adoption of

that it shall be published at least five days
before the date set by the Commis,Jion for hearing of objections,

adoption of this Resolution.

for further particulars,
said Resolutions beinG on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
at the City Hall of said City,
ond subject to
the inspection of all persons interested.
