Minutes – June 12, 2014 *Motion to approve the minutes from June 12, 2014 C. Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the City of Bozeman’s Inter‐Neighborhood Council. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes. D. Neighborhood Police Activity Report (Police Department’s Community Services Division) E. Guest Speakers 1. Street Improvement Projects and Methods for Financing – Craig Woolard, Director of Public Works F. Action/Discussion Items 1. Partnership with Bozeman League of Women Voters for Election Forum – October 14th and 15th –Consider motion to direct staff to proceed with a partnership with BLWV. 2. Review of draft non‐compliance letter to BPNA – Make edits as necessary and consider motion to direct staff to send letter out on behalf of INC. 3. Budget update – Neighborhood/Districts Specialist approved for Fiscal Year 2015 General Fund. G. FYI 1. FYI from Deputy Mayor Carson Taylor 2. FYI from Neighborhood Planner: Police and Courts Mill Levy presentations for neighborhood association meetings 3. August 14th : Stormwater discussion; Police and Courts Mill Levy discussion 4.
