Heck, build new ones and cash in on those too. Peter Belschwender General Manager On Site Management, Inc. I have been researching how many owners/renters do not have driveways and rely on street parking in front of our homes. This represents at least 60-70% of occupants in this "downtown" neighborhood. Every day I witness numbers of downtown employees, consumers, visitors, and construction workers parking in front of our house for the day or night. Because of the stringent parking enforcement, downtowners are now using our neighborhood for their parking. So much so that often we cannot find parking on our block or the next block. Then add Beall park events ( tee-ball, parties, etc) and also block M road closures. Lately, ignorant people have even been parking or blocking driveways as well. Not to mention the overflow of parking that this will create when the dwellings are done.We are at the end of our rope with the inability to park near our homes, because these people refuse to pay or abide by downtown parking rules. We have been assured there is plenty of parking, but I urge you to take a second look. This makes for serious issue, not to mention the traffic on our road which is a completely separate issue. Why not make this a permit only area with the exception of the perimeter of Beall park ( much like the university district)? There is plenty of free parking on Peach! That way consumers will be forced to use the parking garage which benefits the city. As property owners and tax payers, we are requesting that you provide us with the ability to park near our homes. I appreciate your assistance for this matter and look forward to hearing from you. In appreciation, Julie Belschwender 309 and 314 N Black Ave Bozeman, Mt 59715 406-570-7063
