City of Bozeman Bid Specifications One (1) Motor Grader Lease The machine described herein shall be a 2014 production or newer. Unit shall be assembled, adjusted, and made ready for continuous operation at time of delivery. All parts and accessories which are required to compose a complete unit shall be furnished whether herein stipulated or not. Unless otherwise noted in these specifications, all equipment cataloged as standard shall be furnished and included in the purchase price of the unit. This lease would be a five year lease with a balloon payment at the end with the option of paying the balloon payment or financing the balance. The bids will be evaluated on the following financials as well as the listed specifications. Sale price, payments (x5), APR, balloon payment and repurchase price. All 5 amounts shall be included with the bid in Section 10.
