(Prime Consultant) and Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. (Sub- consultant). Allied's staff will be responsible for all aspects of the project with the exception that Pioneer Technical will be responsible for asphalt materials testing. Lee Evans,will serve as the Project Manager and lead point of contact with the City of Bozeman. Lee is a senior project manager for Allied Engineering with 18 years of experience, much of which is related to construction engineering for multi-million dollar municipal and transportation projects. Lee will provide QC and final review for all work products submitted to the City. The project management chart below illustrates our team structure for the City of Bozeman Materials Testing project. Since 2012, Pioneer Technical Services has provided materials testing sub-consultant services for Allied Engineering on several projects including three multi-million dollar road reconstruction projects with project lengths up to 11 miles. Capability to Meet Project Time and Budget Requirements While all of the members of the Project Team expect to have obligations to other projects during the project schedule, their anticipated availability is more than sufficient to expend the hours required to complete the scope of work. Our current workload for the team over the course of the next year is less than 50% of capacity. Our project team has the availability to make this project a top priority, to complete the work on or before the desired completion date, and to provide excellent customer service. Location of Firm in Relation to Project The Allied Engineering Bozeman office is located at 32 Discovery Drive, Bozeman, MT, 59718. Our office is located a short 7-minute drive to the City Engineering Division office located at 20 East Olive. Pioneer Technical is located in Four Corners, Montana. He is the project manager for some of our largest projects including our Montana Department of Transportation projects and major subdivisions. City of Bozeman Water Main Extension - Bozeman, Montana: Planned and performed the geotechnical exploration and analysis for 17,000 lineal feet of water main The purpose of the project was to serve residents affected by a Montana Department of Environmental Quality order to connect to a public system due to problems with contamination of the underlying groundwater aquifer One of the primary issues was the presence of soft clay soils along portions of the proposed alignment. It was originally developed Big Sky Water&Sewer District in the early 1980's and consisted of a maze of narrow roadways and closely spaced Ron Edwards-General Mgr. buildings. In 2006,AESI was contracted by the Hidden Village Owners Association P.O. Box 160670 Big Sky, Montana 59716 and the Big Sky Water and Sewer District to plan and design a complete re-habilitation 406-995-2660 of the condo development's road, surface water drainage,water, and sewer systems. The project included replacing over 1 mile of water lines and over 1/2 mile of sewer Beginning Date lines. The utility work was completed in 2007 and included a combination of main 2006 lines and individual building services. Completion Date Fall2007 Allied worked closely with the District and the Hidden Village Homeowners Association to determine the most efficient layout of the new water and sewer mains Construction Cost and services. The project consisted of modeling the water system with computer $1.5 Million software, preparing a design report, plans, specifications, and working closely with the MDEQ SRF funding department to obtain approval of the project.
