'Eha t the Clerk of the C oHnn:i~) rd_on be, arid she is hereby ordered and directed to ';)ub118h in t11e Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper, printed and published in the said City of ]),ozeman, a notice signed by the Cler' of the C om.m:l_ s s i on, and stating that a resolution levying a special assessment of taxes to defray seventy-five per cent (75%) of the cost of mainta:1.nlnp; and li,";hting South '['racy Avenue between MoJn and Babcoclc Streets in the said Special Iraprovement L:i.ghting District No. 288 for a nortion of the years 1935 and 19~56, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission, subject to inspection for a Deriod of fi ve days; that said notice shall state the time and nlace at w:iich objections will be heard by the Commission to the final adoption of this Resolution; that ,it shall I be nublished at least f:i.ve days before the date i3et by the Corn.mlssiOll for hearinG of objections, and the final adoption of this Resolution. ()~) rrhnt said Snecial Imnrovement Lighting District No. 288 was created Dur- suant to ComndGsion Hesolutions Nos. 281 and 285; that the amount of assessment is :'~94.20; that the total area to be assessed in the said Special Imnrovement Lir)1ting District Ho. 288 is 73244.6 square feet; that the rate of assessment per square foot is ;:>0.001286. I 'rhat said Conmlission Resolution No. 308 :Ls now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman subject to inspection for a Deriod of five days by any Der~wn interested; that Friday the 4th clay of October, 1935, at 7:30 0' cloc1:.
