the office of the Clerk of the Commission,
subject to inspection for a Deriod of

suant to ComndGsion Hesolutions Nos. 281 and 285; that the amount of assessment is
:'~94.20; that the total area to be assessed in the said Special Imnrovement Lir)1ting
District Ho. 288 is 73244.6 square feet; that the rate of assessment per square foot
is ;:>0.001286.
I 'rhat said Conmlission Resolution No. 308 :Ls now on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman subject to inspection for a Deriod of
five days by any Der~wn interested; that Friday the 4th clay of October, 1935, at 7:30

place when and v/11ere said Conllnission will hear and pass upon any and all objections

No. 308, and the levylnG of the said assessment; and that said Resolution will be
finally paGsed and adopted at said replJ.lar session of said COlmnlssion, subject to
such correctiol1.S and amendments as may be made and filed wi thin tb.e five days limi t
as provided by law.
All persons interested are referred to Comrnission Resolutions Nos. 281 and
285, creating the aforesaid Special Improvement Lif?;htinr.~ District Ho. 288, defining
the boundaries thereof and provlding for the assessment of the cost of said lighting
for further particulars, said Hesolutions being on file in the office of the Clerl\: of
the Commission of the City of Boze:'"nan,"t the Ci ty Hall of said City, and sub,i ect to
