2. Pertzborn Residence Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-
07248 (Bristor)
*Consider a motion approving the Pertzborn Residence Certificate of Appropriateness
with Deviations #Z-07248 as conditioned by staff.
3. Bus Shelter Presentation (Scott Hedglin, AIA, Dowling Sandholm
Architects; and Lisa Ballard, P.E., Streamline Coordinator)
*Consider the presentation and provide the Streamline Steering Committee and others
direction regarding how to proceed with the installation and maintenance of bus shelters
around town.

4. Resolution No. 4086, Out of Iraq (Peace Seekers)
*Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4086, Urging the cessation of
war and combat operations in Iraq, the return of the American troops, full
funding to meet the needs of America’s veterans, and providing for an effective
date herein.
