WHEREAS,
There is outstanding a certain arnortization general sewer bond of the
City of Bozeman,

upon wh:.ch there will be unpaid the sum of :i?36, 539. 58 as of the
31st day of Decem"i)er,

which said bond is owned and held by the State of Montana;
and
WHEHEAS,
The said bond bears interest at the rate of 4.5 percent per annum,
and
is payable,

at the rate of $22\)1.75 annually until said bond
has been fully paid,
