HEREEY levied and assessed,
a tax amounting to the sum of Three Hundred
Ninety 'l'vlO Dollftrs and Forty-one cents

upon all the property in
said Special Improvement District No.
288;
that a particular description of
each lot and parcel of land with the name of the owner and the sum assessed
against him or it for such improvements and the runount of each part:i.al payment

to be made ancl the day when the same shall be deLi.nquent is set forth in detail
in the assessment list hereto attached,
marlred Schedule "A" and made al)Qrt hereof;
that the several sums set opposite the names of the owners and the described lots
and parcels of land be,
and the same are hereby,
respectively levied and assessed
upon and against said described lots and parcels of land to defray the cost and
expense of cons tructing and malcing the sald improvements wi thin said Dis trict;
that the several s.ums so assessed be collected from the respective oVvners of said
lots and parcels of land described in said assessment list Schedule !fAil
as required
by law;
that the payment of said sums shall be made in five installments and the
payment of said installments shall extend over a period of five years;
that the
payment of the respective annual installments shall be made on or before the 30th
day of TIovembel',
of each year,

payment of all the installments
together
with the interest thereon shall be made;
that said sums shall be paiel and the
collection thereof s[1al1 be made in the manner and in accordance vll th UtC law
governing the collection of special improvement

Section 2.
That the regular session of the Connnission of the City of Bozeman
to be held in the Connnission Room,
in the City Hall of said City,

Section 3.
That the Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman be and
she is hereby ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a
daily newspaper printed and pul:Jl:1.shed in the said C1 ty of Bozeman,
a notice signed
b;,T the Clerl: of the Comrilission,
and stating that a Hesolution lcvying a special
assessment of taxes to defray the cost and expJnse of constructing and mak:i.ng the
improvements in said Special blprovement District No.
280 is on file in the office
of the Clerl~ of the Commiss ~ on subject to inspection for a period of five

days;
that said not:lce shall state the time and place at which objections willbe peaI'd
by the Comm:lsslon to the final adoption of this Hesolut:lon;
