the City Council and the Connnission of
the City of Bozeman have hereto fore
duly and regularly passed
Council and Connnission Resolutions creating Special Improvement
Districts within the City
of Bozeman,
defining theboundaries thereof and providing
for
the maintenance
of parkings therein,
and for the assessment of the cost of maintaining
the parkings
as set forth in Resolutions hereinafter referred to;

the parkings wi thin the boundarie s of said Special
Improvement Dis tri c ts
have been
cared for and ~qintained during the year 1936 as contemplated in said Reso-
lutions,
in accordance with terms and conditions thereof;
and

of parkings and

Section 2.
That,
to defray the cost of Maintenance of Parkinc~s wi thin said Special
Improvement Districts for the year 1936,
there be,
and there is hereby levied
and assessed
a tax upon all the property in front of and bordering on said Special Improvement Districts
as set forth in Schedule One to Twenty-one,
inclusive, hereto attached and made a part
hereof;
that a particular description of each lot and parcel of land with the name of the
owner and the sum assessed aLrainst him or it,
is set forth in assessment lists hereto

4.
That the Clerk of the Connn~jssion be,
and he is hereby ordered and directed
to publish
in the Bozeman Dai ly Chronicle,
a daily newspaper,
printed and oublished in
the said
City of Bozeman,
a notice si(,ned by the Clerk of the Commission,
and stating
that a
resolution levyin(~ a special assessment of taxes to defray the cost of Ii1ain-
tenanee
of Parkings in the said Special Improvement Districts for the year 1936,
is on

file in
the office of the Cle~{ of the Commission,
subject to inspection for
a period
of five days;
that said notice shall state the time and place at which objections will
be heard by the Commission
to the final adoption of this Resolution;
that it shall be
published
at least five days before the date set by the Commission for hearing ob-

and the final adoption of this: Resolu_tion.

That, said Commission Hesolution No. 339 1s now on file in the office of the Clerk
of the Commission of trill said City of Bozeman subject to inspection for a period of
f:ive (5) days, by any person interested; that Priday the 11th day of Septem'-;er, 1936,
at 7:30 o'clock P.M., of said day at a reglllar session of the CODID1ission of the City
of Bozeman, Commission Chamber, City 1'ial1 Building, has been designated as the time
and place when and where said Co:mmJ ssion will hear and pass upon any and all objections
that may be made to the n_nal passae;e and adoption of said Commission Resolution No.
339 and the levying of said assessment; and that, sa:td Hesolution will be finally
passed and adopted a t said regular session of said Commission, subject to such cor- I
rections and amendments as may be made upon objections mnde and filed within the five
days limit as provided by law.
All persons interested are referred to the several C01.U1cil and Connnission Reso-
lutions creat:1ng the aforesaid Special Improvement Distircts, defining the boundaries
thereof and providing for the assessment of the cost of said ma:i.ntenance of Parktngs
for further partic111ars, all of said Resolutions being on file in tho office of the
Clerk of the Connnission of the City of Bozeman, at the 01 tyHall of said C:i ty, and
subject to the inspecti(:m of all persons interested.
