WHEREAS:

On the 7th day of August,
1936,
the Commlssion of the City of Bozeman,
pursuant
to the provisions of Ordinance No.
561,
entitled:

that the several sums so assessed be collected from the respective
o~ners
of said lots and parcels of land described in said assessment list (Schedule B),

as required
by law;
that the payment of said sums shall be made in six installments;
that the paynlents of said
installments shall be made on or before the 30th day of
Noveri1ber,
1937;
that
said sums shall be paid and the collection thereof shall be
made in
the manner and in accordance with the law governing the collection of,
Special
Improve~ent taxes;
that failure to pay such assessments when the same shall
become
due and payable shall make S11Ch persons and said lots and parcels of land
liable
to the penalties provided by law relative
to delinquent taxes;

That the rep;ular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to be
held in
the Commisslon ChamlJer in the City Hall of said City on the 11th day of
December,
1936,
at 7:30 o'clock P. M. be,
and the same is hereby designated as the
time and
place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be
heard by
the said Corrunission;

and he is hereby
ordered
and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,
a daily
newspaper
printed
and published in the said City of Bozeman,
a notice signed by the Clerk

taxes to defray the cost and expense of constructing and ihstallinc: and/or

NOTICE IS H1~nE]:.)"'! GIVEN, that at a regular session of the Commission of the
City of Bozeman held on F'riday, the 27th day of November, 1936, Cormnission Reso- I
lution No. 349 was provisionally passed and adopted; that said COrtl..'TI:Lssion Eesolution
levies and assesses a special assessment of taxes upon certain lots and parcels
of land in front, or on the side or which, Sidewalks and Curbs have been constructed,
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 561, Section 5244, Political Code, R.C.M.,
1935, to defray the cost and exuense of constructing and installins and/or repairing
said Sidewalks and Curbs on Main Street.
'I'l1at said Commission Hesolntion is now on file in the office of the Cler}:: of the
Commission, subject to inspection for a period of five (5) days by any persons inter-
ested; that Friday the 11th day of December, 1936, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., of said
day, at the regular session of the said Commission of' the City of Bozeman at the Com.
mission chamber in the City Hall Building of said City, has been designated as the
time and place when and where the said Commission will hear and pass lJ.pon any and
all objections that may be made to the final passage amI adoption of said Hesolution
No. 349, and the levyincf of said assessment, and that said H.esoll.ltion will be finally
passed and adopted at said regular session.
All Dersons interested are referred to said Commission Resolution No. 349 of the I
Ci ty of Bozeman for the construction and/or repair of Miscellaneous Sidevmlks and Curbs,
in front, or on the side, of lots and parcels of land wi thin the City of .,~jozeman for
the year 1936, wlthout the formation of a Special Improvement District.
