Section 4 That the Clerk of this Commission be, and he is hereby ordered and directed to publish in Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of' general ciirculation printed and ~lblished in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as such, which notice shall state that this Resolution, levying and assessin:! the I several amounts as set forth in the Schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof as aforesaid, and for the purposes herein stated, has been provisionally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of vozeman, is on file in the office of said Clerk and subject to inspection during regular office hours, for a period of five days fro!n and after the publication of such notice and at any time during such office hours and at or prior to the regular meeting of the City Commission to be held on October 2, 1936, as stated in ,;)ection 3 hereof; that said notice shall be so published once, and such publication shall be made inot - less than five days before October 2,1936, the time set for hearing and considering objections to the final adoption of this Resolution, as aforei3aid.
