NOTICE IS H!':RTmy GIVI,:r::, that at a regular session of the Commission of the City of
Bozeman held on the 25th day of September, 1936, Commission Resolu tion No. 343 was duly
passed and adopted; that said COY!'.misc"ion Resolution No. 343 levies and assesses a
special asseS8~ent of taxes upon all the property in Special Improvement Lighting District
No. 300 of said City to defrDY seventy-five per cent (75;,0 of the cost of lirrhtlng Porth
'."Jillson Avenue between i/;ain and i'.'lendenhall Streets, for a portion of the years 1936 and
1937.
That said Special Improvement Liphting District No. 300 was created pursuant to
Commif!8ion Hesolutions Nos. 312 and 316; tllat the amount of assessment is ~?152.3F3; thgt
the total area to be assessed in the said Special Improvement Lighting Di8trict No. 300
is 716[30 square feet; that the rate of assessment per square foot is 4~0.002126.
'1'hat said Commission Resolution No. 343 is now on file in the office of the Clerk
of the Comm:i..sslon of said City of Bozeman subiect to inspection for a period of five
I days by any person tnterested; thqt Friday the 2nd day of October, 19;'\5, at 7:;30 o'clock
r.~ff., of said day at a rCP:u18r pession of the Commission of The City of .Boze~aD, Commis-
