Section 2. That the regular session of the Commiss.'Lon of the City of Bozeman to be held in the Commission Room in the City Hall of said City, the 11th day of December, 1936, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which obj ections 'to the final adoption of this Hesolution vlill be heard by the COTl1lnl.ssion. Section 3. That the Clerk of the COlmnission of the City of Bozeman be, and he is -' hereby ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily news paper printed and Dublished in the said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by the Clerk of the Co!t'ffil1ssion, and statinG that a 'Resolution levying a special assessment of taxes to defray the cost and expense of constructing and making the improverJ1ents in said Spec:tal Improvement District ]\Jo. 303 is on file in the office of' the Clerk of the Commission subject to inspection for a per5_od of five (5) days; that said notice I shall state the time and place at v/h:i.ch objections will be heard by the Com/jissioD to the final adoption of this Resolution; that it shall be nublished at least five (5 ) days before the day set by the Commission for hearing of objections and the final adoption of this Resobltion. No. 350 was dlily passed and adopted; that said Commission Resolution levies and assesses a special assess~ent of taxes upon all the property in Special Improve ment District No. 303 in said City, to defray the cost and expense of construct ing and making the improvements within said District, to wit: I The North 150 feet of Block A of Tracy's Third Addition to Bozeman; and Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of Block 3 of Beall's Third Addition to Bozeman together wi th \Vest Beall Street from the \'Jest line of Tracy Avenue to the Eas t line of I\lillson Avenue. 'The north 25 feet of Lots 15 and 16 of Block A 'rracy's Third Addition and all of Lots 12 and 13 of Block 3, Beall's Third, are to be considered as corner lots and assessed at double their actual area. Tha t , said Commission Resolution No. 350 is now on file in tho office of the Clerk of the Connnission, subject to insnection for a period of five ( 5)
