WHEHEAS:
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
in regular session assembled
after due consideration and investigation,
deems it necessary for the public interest,
safety and convenience that the alley in bloc]{ "D" original townsite of Bozeman,
be-
tween Bozeman Avenue,
North and house Avenue,
North,
be improved by grading and paving
with plant mix oil macadam pavement,
or penolithic pavement on a cPLl_shed gravel base,
together wi th all necessary drainage str-llctnres;

conferred by the provisions of Section 522G,

pavement,
or penolithic pavement on a crushed gravel base and necessary drainage struc-
tures in the alley ir blocl: liD" of tlle original townsite of Bozeman,

Passed and adopted by the City Connnission of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 4th day of June, 1937.

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of June, 1937, at a regular session of
the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Cornnission Resolution No. 370, entitled:

'I'HE SAME BEING THE ALLEY PARALLELING MAIN S'l'REET ONE HALF BLOCK NOR'I'H OF
MAIN STREET AND RUNNING FROM BOZEMAN AVENUE, NORTH, TO ROUSE AVENUE, NORTH,
IN SAID CITY.
I was passed and adopted. The boundaries of said Special Improvement District No. 311
intended to be created, are defined and described as follows:
The nortb 62.5 feet of Lots 1 to 19, inclusive, and the south 62.5 feet
of Lots 20 to 38, iilclusive, of Block liD" of the Original Tovmsi te of
Bozeman, Montana.
That Friday, the 25th day of June, 1937, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Commission
Room of the City Hall, Bozeman, Montana, is designated by said Resolution No. 370 as
the time and place for hearinc; objections to the action proposed to be taken by said
resolution and the adoption of an ordinance giving effect to the same, and when and
where any and all persons whose property abuts on that portion of the alley in Block
ItD" of the original tovlnsi te of Bozeman, the same being the alley paralleling Main
Street one half block north of Main Street and running from Bozeman Avenue, North, to
Rouse Avenue, North, may appear and show cause, if any they have, against said proposed
iYiprovement. Objections must be filed in writing on or before .Tune 23, 1937.
An approxima te es t:'Lma te of the cos t of doing such worle and making such improvement
is $3000.00. Notice is further given that the Eesolution of Intention to create said
special Improvement district is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City Com-
I mission of the City of Bozeman and is open to the inspection of all interested
parties.
