WIIEREAS : There has been filed with the clerk of the City Commission of the City I of Bozeman, Montana, a peti t:ton in due form of certain property owners res:lding on West Dickerson Street, between the west line of Sixth Avenue, Sou th, and the east line of Eighth Avenue, South, . 'd COt as]rlng that a special L^,provement d:istrict be In sal 1.. y, created on said portion of Dickerson Street for the purpose of constructinG in said street concrete Cl1rbs and plant mix oil macadam pavement on a crushed gravel base; and \VlIEHEAS: At the reguhtr meeting of the City Commission of' the City of Bozeman held on the 28th day of May 1937, said petition was duly considered and granted, NOW 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'rHE CmilM.ISSION OF THE CITY 010 BOZEI/LAN: Section 1 That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Bozeman to create a sD8cial improvement district to be known and designated as Special Improvement District No. 309 of tile City of Bozeman for the ~lrpose of constructing concrete curbs and plant mix oil macadam pavement or penolithic pavement on a crushed gravel base, on West Dic}(:erson Street between the west line of Sixth Avenue, South, and the east line of Eighth Avenue, South, in said clty, within the boundaries particularly described as I follows: Lots 12 to 23, inclusive, in Blocl: 32; Lots 12 to 23, inclusive, in Block 33; ;~9l objections will be heard to the creation of said district and the passage of an ordi- nance p1.1rSuant to this resolution of intention; and the city manager is hereby directed to cause notice of this resolution to be served upon all persons who property is within said Special Improvement District No. 309, on West Dickerson Street between the west line of Sixth Avenue, South, and the east line of Eighth Avenue, South, and to give notice I hereof by publication, all in the manner and form as prescribed by Section 5227, R.. C.. Montana 1935.
